Shipping Time & Location

  • Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded).
  • US & Canada orders are shipped from Santa Clara , CA via USPS. The delivery time ranges between 1 - 7 business days depending on your location.
  • In the event that your item is out of stock in our California warehouse, we will contact you with the option of having it shipped from our international warehouses or cancelling the order. Orders shipped to the US & Canada from overseas usually take 3-7 days longer than standard shipping.
  • International (worldwide) orders are shipped from our warehouses in China or Germany. The delivery time ranges between 3-10 business days depending on your location.


Shipping Fee

  • Sometimes we offer free shipping to some products and/or some countries.
  • Typically, US & Canada shipping fee is a flat rate of $7.99 regardless of size, weight, and amount. Local pick up is a fate rate of $5.00 regardless of size, weight, and amount.
  • The International (worldwide) shipping fee is a flat rate of $10.99 regardless of size, weight, and amount (except LCD SCREEN PANEL, the shipping fee is $19.99).
  • Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs.


Others

  • We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
  • For security purposes, we only ship to addresses that have been confirmed with your credit card.
  • One order cannot be split for shipping to different locations or on different dates.
  • Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out. We will not be responsible for lost package. Please track your package online to arrange the pickup.
