    Are the external ports disabled if you use the Internal 19 pin header ?
    A: No the external ports still work fine.



    Does it comes with a low profile bracket adapter for slim computers?
    A: No it does not



    Has anyone been able to get this card to work reliably with windows 10? after the latest update my card seems to have disappeared from device manager
    A: I haven't had any problems with Windows 10 64 bit. Was using it with Windows 8.1, and now Win 10. No problems.



    Is the molex connection required for powering the 19 pin header? Or is molex just for the external ports?
    A: Both, the molex connector supplies power to each USB 3.0 ports up to 900Mah max, the 2 external ports and the 19 pin header to which you could connect internal or more external ports
