The Android OS version on this device cannot be upgraded or flashed and any attempts to modify the default OS will void the warranty. As a wholesaler, there is not provides software support, advice, or training regarding the Android operating system and software.
Returning for replacement or refund:
1. Quality Issues:
If a product has any quality problems within 30 days of customers receiving it, we will be responsible for exchanging your item or providing a full refund. After confirming that the product has not been damaged by misuse or modification, we will exchange the product or send a refund. Quality problems can be defined to include such things as non-functioning buttons, screen or display issues, battery stops charging, and other problems that prevent the product from functioning normally.
2. Non Quality Issues:
If customers wises to return an item for non-quality reasons within 7 days after receiving the product, we will return 85% the full price (15% will be withheld to cover the re-stocking fee).
Returned products should be in original condition with original packaging. If an accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from the refund.
Warranty: 1 Year!
